the shadows the otaku call home. There is much of comedy, much of tragedy,
much of love, hate, lust, sorrow, pleasure and pain. A surface sometimes
reflective, sometimes transparent, hypnotic, chaotic, a view through the mirror
into the reality that never was. This is a survey of the heights of good
humor, and the depths of involvement, lying in the world of anime and manga.
